Description: B. BROW PRIMER is a cleansing lotion that prepares the skin for better penetration of the dye and henna into the skin. Removes all traces of oil and makeup from the skin and hair. The water amylaceous contained in the product has astringent properties, acts against oiliness and acne, while it also has soothing and softening properties. Contains NIACINAMIDE, a water-soluble form of vitamin B3, which enhances protein synthesis to improve skin metabolism and maintain skin moisture.
