When you register and are logged in or when you place an order or when you are logged in and attempt to place an order but do not complete it, we collect, process and use the personal data and information you provide to us within the scope of applicable personal data protection legislation. We may use your product and service details when you attempt to place an order in order to contact you on the information you provided to us when you registered, in which case you provide us with your consent. 10. Transmission to service providers

Regarding the operations of Bdot.gr and for the execution of contracts, various service providers work for us, e.g. for central IT services or hosting of Bdot.gr, for payment and delivery of products, or for the installation of hardware, to whom we transmit the necessary data (e.g. name, address) for the fulfilment of their tasks.

In case of payment by credit card, it is carried out through the payment server service provider to the Bank. In the case of payment by electronic bank deposit, it is carried out and processed by the Banking Institution you choose, namely Citibank, National Bank of Greece SA, Alpha Bank SA, Eurobank Ergasias AE, Piraeus Bank SA and any other systemic or non-bank which is not included by name herein.

During the payment process, we do not record or store payment information during that transaction, such as credit card numbers or other banking or other information. You provide this information directly to the respective payment service provider exclusively.
